To solve these problems, a Phone system with SMS and Acuity Scheduling integration was set up, which improved booking management and customer data tracking. As a result, the following process was configured:
Telephony and SMS: The caller receives a link for self-booking an appointment through Acuity Scheduling. A customer card with the status is automatically created in the CRM system, which is synchronized with the results of the service.
Booking management via CRM: All information from Acuity is synchronized with CRM, updating the client's status after each meeting. This improved the transparency of processes and made it easy to manage customer relationships for both the office and the sales department.
SMS, email and click2call: The ability to send messages directly from the customer's card to CRM, support for recording conversations and managing calls, all this has increased the effectiveness of communication and control.
Results:
